This Software Allows you To Connect Your PC To Your Computer So That Way Your RTM/Patches/ECT. Can Connect.
Step 1. Download Winrar

Step 2. Download Console Control API 2.60 Rev 2
{Download Link}http://frenchmoddingteam.com/shop/application/20-control-console-api-2-60-rev2-rte-cex-dex
Step 3. Open CCAPI 2.60 Rev 2
Step 4. Hit File And Add New Console
Step 5. Insert Your Ps3 Name {Can Be Anything}
Step 6. Insert Your Ps3 IP {You Can Find This Under System Info.}
Step 7. Right Click It And Hit Connect
All Done Now You Can Find A Rtm For Whatever Game You Want And Put The CCAPI.dll File and The Ps3lib.dll Files In You RTM and Start Modding.
