Step 1 visit neteller.com/ and click sign up

Step 2 :Sign up and where it say Country of residence make sure you pick United Kingdom ,where it says Region pick anyone i picked Birmingham and where it says currency pick British Pounds

Step 3 : Its going to ask u for your details ,If you dont want to use your legit details ,go to fakenamegenerator and put the country as United Kingdom and name set as England/Wales
After filling it in it should look something like this tinypic.com/view.php?pic=jaxpbs&a...KvmptKsUsE ,BUT make sure your email is LEGIT

Step 4:Check your emails ,you should have a email from Neteller ,you should see your unique Account ID ,and in the email it should say sign in ,click that and sign in with your unique account ID and your password

Step 5 : after you signed in ,it should say account ,money in ETC on the left side .Click account then click generate virtual card ,then click where it says Get a virtual card

Step 6 : Set the card currency to GBP (Great British Pounds) ,your card name (anythink you want ) and then where it says NETELLER secure ID click Retrieve and then you will get an email from Neteller

Step 7 :Click on the link they sent u ,you will then see your Account ID and secure ID ,make sure you wright them down somewhere safe

Step 8 : After you signed in you will want to go back to Account>click generate virtual card ,then click where it says Get a virtual card and then like before put the currency as GBP ,name as what you want and then enter in your Secure ID

Step 9 :Where it says Net + it should have a Big play button ,click on that and then it should generate your 16 digit Credit card number ,your expiry date and your 3 digit CVC

And thats it your done
